Abstract : The need to carry out a survey of a national youth issues and needs. And consideration for the category of young people as a generation has vision, independence, and its cultural and social needs. And seek to obtain programs and national policies to support the participation and activation and the contribution of young people in society. Urged workers to use the standards of social and emphasis on institutions and organizations in which they work on enabling them to use and set up surveys different dates for volunteer programs in the Arab world, with emphasis on the creation of databases contribute to activating volunteer work in all areas. And attention to activate dialogue between my generation of parents and young people in line with reality and get rid of the negative perception towards them. And design programs for the prevention of early drug use through multiple degrees prevention and make each degree programs that set them apart.
