Abstract : The study addressed the issue of legal protection for the consumer In Saudi trade data low which is one of modern commercial laws in the Kingdom. It aims to ensure and protect the rights of consumers through emphasis on the health of commercial data imported and locally produced goods. Where it was searched sentences prescribed by law in order to find out the means by which the legislator followed in maintaining the economic power to register the trade data and mind in goods and services and protect them from any mislead. In addition to the legal procedures and sanctions stipulated by the right of prejudice in any form. The research is intended to ensure clarify the commercial data of the product and its conditions. What is false and misleading and forms and ways to address them and protection of business data, in addition to the attempt to link with other relevant consumer protection laws and flowing with the law of commercial data in a single template, such as the fight against commercial fraud low. And show us through access to a number of laws in the Kingdom and other countries that consumer protection cannot be confined to the provisions of one law. But it must be followed by the general directing the state in all fields. With the need for a serious national plan in which all the relevant agencies involved to monitor the markets and the emphasis on the application of strict sanctions against violators to eliminate all commercial fraud tools. Add to that the consumer is the most important element in the protection of himself and his community of the phenomenon of commercial fraud. Refrain from buying counterfeit goods and reading data products and components, check before buying from the country of origin and the importer or agent data and inform the competent authorities of any commodity in violation of the standards and specifications, miss out on the opportunity to earn a living merchant dishonesty and deception. Has led us out of the study during several recommendations, including : • Attention to the law of trade data in the field of research and studies, which did not take the right of the study and interpretation. • Work to amend the executive regulations of the law, taking into account the common points with other laws and fleshed out all in one law in order to avoid duplication or falling into confusion. • Work to intensify control by the competent authorities on the commercial markets to ensure the proper application of the law and the rhythm of appropriate penalties for violators. • Increase the awareness campaigns, and organizing seminars and lectures to protect the consumer and provide him with information and appropriate methods for the selection of this item, and definition of the risks of using counterfeit consumer goods and food adulterated, and urged him to buy original goods, while striving to be provided at affordable prices.
