Abstract : Recently, a new area of intelligence computing has been emerged. The so-called Cognitive Computing which is a new scientific brand and modern computation paradigm for the development of extensive capacities for analyzing data and enhancing decision making capabilities for computer-based systems. The creation, consumption and analysis of rich-text data provides excellent scenarios for the realization of this critical shift in computer science. Human interactions facilitated through social media fall in to a variety of activities, related to commerce, health, tourism, culture and many others. Millions of people are connected through social media websites like twitter for sharing their opinions in various aspects of life. In this thesis, a system was created to measure the cloud service customers satisfaction ratio based on real time collected tweets, for understanding their dispositions, opinions and ratings of services. The novelty and the unique value proposition of our approach is based on the combination of two domination approaches which are Dictionary-based Approach and Fuzzy Logic. The case study of our thesis is the Cloud Services Providers and the users’ social media activities about them, with a focus on three competing services providers which are Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Service. The significance impact of our thesis is how to use the users’ impressions to contribute the decision making, this classification serves consumers and services providers and producers for to enhance the services and to know what people think about them. a Hybrid approach that consist of both Fuzzy Logic and Dictionary approaches is proposed to verify our method in a case study related to the Sentiment Analysis of Twitter users’ tweets about cloud services providers. Finally, we present accuracy performance verifying by applying confusion matrix and provide comparative analysis with two novel studies.
