Abstract : The research came under the title: The rules of Imam Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah in response to the violators، consisting of an introduction، three sections، a conclusion، and indexes. The first chapter dealt with the rules in response to non-Muslims and included his responses to the pagans and the people of the book (the Jews and the Christians) and the contents of these rules of the responses to them and their violations، and discussed the second part [rules in response to the divisions affiliated with Islam] and includes his responses to Islamic philosophers ، And the Ismaili and Nosiriyah، and the statement of the invalidity of their violations، and the third section is in the [rules in response to the Islamic teams] and includes responses to each of: Kharij، Shiites and Twelve، Sufism، and I mention these rules، During which he wrote، thousand and classified in his reply In the light approach Ancestors، then concluded the research conclusion dealt with the most important findings and recommendations reached.
