Abstract : I have compiled the fundamentalist rules contained in the book of the Innovative from the Book of Requisites until the end of the book. I studied it to show its total meaning, mentioned the difference, if there is any, and mentioned its evidence and its application. I began this research with an introduction, It contains: the importance of the subject, the reason for choosing the subject, the previous studies, the research plan, and the research methodology. Then the Initialization: It is a definition of the fundamentalist rule and its origin and the difference between it and the jurisprudence rule, and a definition of the Innovative in Explaining the Disguised and its authors. Then the First Chapter: speaking about the fundamental rules related to judgment, Then the Second Chapter: Speaking about the fundamental rules related to the sharia evidence, followed by the third Chapter: The basic principles of Islamic jurisprudence related to semantics, and then the fourth Chapter: the fundamental rules related to Jurisprudence, and then the conclusion: The most prominent and the most important results and recommendations reached through this research, and then the indexes. - Thesis : The fundamentalist rules contained in the book of the Innovative in Explaining the Disguised of the Imam Burhanuddin Ibn Mufteh Al-Hafeed from the book of Requisites until the end of the book by collecting and studying it.
