Abstract : Recent and simple routes to synthesis some new heterobicyclic nitrogen systems bearing and/or containing benzimidazole moiety (3-24) have been deduced via the interaction between bifunctional compounds with N`-(4-tollylsulfonyl)-N2-(benzoimidazol-2`-yl)hydrazine (2). The structure of new synthesis compounds are established from their elemental analysis and spectral measurements. Also, the new systems synthesized evaluated as antibacterial agents in compared with uses antibiotic as standard.
