Abstract : According to this title, it’s obvious that the topic of this research is studying Allah’s name “The Watchful” and its effects upon individuals, society and the universe. I have divided the research into an introduction, a preface, three chapters and a conclusion. Thus, the research required a detailed study in each chapter as follows: Chapter One: Allah’s name “The Watchful” and its meaning in five researches. Chapter Two: Watching Allah the almighty according to the Holy Quran, Sunnah and the righteous ancestors in three researches. Chapter Three: Spiritual effects of watching Allah on individuals, society and the universe in three researches. Top results as follows: First: Allah’s name “the Watchful” refers to various meanings, such as: Allah being watching his creation, knowing their conditions, arranging their matters, taking care of them and observing their deeds. Second: One of the benefits for the Muslim being watching Allah almighty: Being sincere in worship and being able to reach the peak of perfection which was separately singled out by prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Third: One of the benefits for the society being watching Allah almighty: The spread of honesty, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong and protecting society from deviation. Fourth: One of the benefits for the universe being watching Allah almighty: taking care of it, preserving it and arranging its matters.
