Abstract : This study aims to identify the current geographical distribution of care and rehabilitation centers for people with disabilities in the city of Jeddah and to identify the services provided by the centers and the extent to which the distribution of centers varies among the neighborhoods of the city of Jeddah. To achieve the study’s objectives, the descriptive approach, spatial analysis, quantitative and cartographic methods were used, and some statistical techniques were applied, such as the nearest neighbor, Kernel and Pearson analysis, and the standard distance using geographic information systems (GIS). The study included (5) chapters: the first chapter dealt with the study’s theoretical framework. The second chapter focused on the definition of disability and its types and the definition of rehabilitation and its divisions. The third chapter dealt with the geographical distribution of the centers. The fourth chapter focused on the demographic, social, and economic characteristics of people with disabilities and their families, and the fifth chapter reviewed the results and recommendations. The study found that the distribution pattern of the centers is convergent and tends towards randomness towards the northwest. Most of the centers are concentrated in the western and central neighborhoods. The study recommends considering the urban expansion of Jeddah city and the establishment of several centers in its eastern and southern areas.
